Pure hogwash look at DBCC which owns same percentage as CBS of Marketwatch.com no doubt it's moved up from 18 to 35 in last few trading sessions. It's all too many times that logic just doesn't play in. If everything wash logical the MM's would get slaughter so they play game to turn tide in their favors and are protected by the almighty SEC's disclaimers there is risk blah blah blah. TTISBT
