Eric: Yes, we saw what happened to 3COM when they were competing with CSCO and then bought USRX! Could happen again with LU/ASND.... Regarding splits, I agree with your analysis that we shouldn't be split until later this year. Every split that is made makes it harder and harder to get that conservative $.01 above estimates every quarter.... Justin
