FWIW,
Many stocks in this sector have had very nice percentage gains over the last 10 or so trading days. FLC, RON, SLB, etc., have all bounced up about 30% from their recent lows. Strictly looking at the bottom and the return since that point, they have all done extremely well for the short term.

If we were seeing huge volume and a decent selloff, I would be very concerned. I think we may be seeing some profit taking. Also, we have seen oil prices spring up quickly then receed back into the depths over the last year. I'm sure there are many jittery hands out there, as a few recent posters on this thread have commented, who have nice gains and are afraid to let them disappear.
