Looks like First Call will be useless for the foreseeable future on AOL. Here is First Call's response to my inquiry about being unable to retrieve estimates for Cornerstone and others:

This week we have been experiencing technical difficulties with our data published on America Online. Unfortunately, the weekly changes were not received and processed correctly by America Online, causing several companies to be missing from our Earnings Estimate database. The only remedy for this problem is for America Online to rebuild our entire database of over 6,500 companies. As a result, they have asked that we temporarily suspend the publication of the Earnings Surprises. We are truly sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused you, as technicians with America Online are working to complete this process as soon as possible. As soon as we are able to begin publishing to AOL we will bring all Earnings Surprises and Company Profiles up to date.

As to earnings release date, I saw 2/4 somewhere.
