Ron, don't agree on the gold mine being sold if only for sematic reasons.

Release sez "purchase of GIFS' major operating unit." Can't see how they could call a shut down gold mine an operating unit, much less GIFS' major operating unit.

Other than that, selling the mine makes sense to me.
