IMO, Cisco is the winner. LU bought ASND through desperation. The worldwide marketing mix of ASND is almost the same as LU, so LU does not pick up any ground worldwide. CSCO is clearly ahead product wise, and market wise - with 48% of their sales NON-domestic.
LU still has a long way to go to catch up with CSCO. LU needs to change their basic business model to be more streamlined and web based, like CSCO - if they even want to get in the race.

CSCO is so far ahead, as a business, changing LU to do business the way CSCO does - requires a lot more momentum than ASND has. All LU picks up are some nice products...
