T. and ALL, I just got off the phone with Bill. I asked him how the negotiations were going with the merger. He said he thought all the negotiations "had been put to bed" and he was now trying to "shortcut the merger process". When I asked if he had any time-frame in mind he said not really but that management was pushing ahead to complete the merger as soon as possible. He also said he believed the state of the deal reflected the higher and more stable stock price that has been observed over the last few weeks. When I asked if there would be a press release when everything had been finalized he said absolutely. He then said that he hopes that it is "sooner than later". I feel very confident that he is doing everything he can to bring this deal to closure. I feel we will all do well with ROTI. Matt
