Why is there religion,
Which creates a schism,
Between body and mind?

Why are there politicians
Who talk like they've drunk gin,
At mills all night long?
If Man was meant to think,
Why is there a Shalom,
Who says with great aplomb,
That Man is basically evil?
If Man was meant to think,
What use is a God,
Designed to threaten and trod,
On the very souls he supposedly created?
If Man was meant to think,
Then let there be a gestalt.
