I read that stuff too (more like waded through it). What I could see, was that it had to have the $5 bid, and had to meet that for the 30 days, but I may be wrong too. I am looking at section 4310. Qualification Requirements for Domestic and Canadian Securities Can someone translate this into English please? <<gg>> Margie
