Take a look at TCMS if you want a cheap oil services stock.

3X cash flow. 30% of book.

Remember that marine construction stocks like TCMS are less earnings-sensitive to the price of oil than the drillers. A lot of their work needs to be done regardless of the price of oil, and much of it is gas or utility-related.
