What `franchise'?? It doesn't own killer intellectual property
as does Disney; and with 85% not online it is still way too early
to call winners. Studebaker, Dumont, and Philco had `world class
franchises'.

`World class' is the CEO deceiving about not running TV ads.
`World Class' is one mess or another like clockwork every 3-6
months.
