JEB, if you're on this board, go to IMCL bd - just spoke with IMCL and 2 points for claification:

1. crucial thing is being permitted ENTER phase III which =
a) Phase II proving that it works +
b) submitting a plan for phase III

2. IMCL has proven that it works and is awaiting approval to on it's plan of experiment for Phase III

#2. is the key thing and I would hold a position in the stock for FDA approval.

Note: comparison to Entremed, Entremed could't prove their worked. IMCL is clearly way closer in my opinion
