Reply 9084 mention to buy small cap stocks with small floats, which makes sense, because the smaller the availability of shares the easier for price to move.

My question, is there a percentage or rule to use between the float and outstanding shares to be applied for entering a stock, thus giving yourself a good chance for price movement?

I might as well give my friend this information as well.

May you find joy and happiness in your life!
