This settlement has NOTHING to do will the INTEL buyout!!! This case in question was filed long before Intel agreed to purchase Shiva!! Intel probably wants a clean slate before they finalize their purchase. I would construe this settlement as positive. Shiva managment is getting ready. To me it indicates Intel wants Shiva and will do what it needs to do to get it. DO NOT tender your shares for $6.00!! There should be more in the pot! Preferably a stock trade as of the filing date last year!!!!!!!
