I heard on CNBC that shopping.com has a number of legal cases pending against it. Now that we are going to get shopping.com, anyone know about these cases?

I know this question is off-topic with all the cheering on the thread tonight. My excuse? Well... ah... I guess this is what happens when someone celebrates with a mug of non-alcohol cappuccino.
