As a DCI shareholder, why should I vote for the Wavetech merger, if DCI can get listed on the American Stock Exchange? We have been "in discussions" with the American Stock Exchange for some time now and one should not assume that, some how, we automatically are listed on the American Stock Exchange ("AMEX"). The Wavetech merger has strengthened our position, enabling us to negotiate from a position of strength, not weakness, with others regarding enhancing shareholder value.
Management STRONGLY recommends that all DCI shareholders vote "FOR" the merger.
Can DCI communicate with the 2,700 Wavetech shareholders?
DCI cannot communicate with the Wavetech shareholders prior to a proxy vote. However, if Wavetech shareholders contact us and request information on the company, we can honor that request.
What is the breakdown of the $17 million in sales as reported for the first six months? The breakdown is as follows:
Prepaid Products $15.1 Long distance / Internet 0.2 Other 1.7 $17.0 All figures in millions
When do you expect to deploy the first tranche of switches under the IXC agreement? We should have the financing in place shortly, enabling us to commence deploying the switches in question.
What is happening in Spain?
Currently, DCI has offices in Malaga and Madrid and is considering expanding to San Pedro and Barcelona. Two switches are in place, one in Malaga, the other in San Pedro. Additional switching facilities will be added in the future. Spain is rapidly becoming an important piece of DCI's "pie." |
