OT, Fenton, I'm interested in your recommendation here of Sitel, which has shown strength lately. Could you elaborate on that - more appropriately, on the Sitel board? Important points, it seems to me, are the results of cost cutting efforts, and also the weakness in the telecommunications sector (referred to by Clough in the 3rd qtr report). I'd appreciate your comments. Thanks, jim.
