NRAG - positive volume is all it takes to knock out the MM's on the Ask and move it up. I'm sure they had plenty of time to buy shares cheap in December. But the fact that the Ask goes up is a sign that no one is flooding the market with shares to sell at the moment. Just imagine what would happen with news of actual revenue.
