Dear Mr. Thompson I see that you have been inquiring about SATX. The reason you have not heard anything about this company is because from what I understand it is defunct. I own about 175 shares of their worthless stock. They are basically a shell company with NO PRODUCT. Based on what I know - the CEO or President mismanaged the companies money and defaulted on paying the developers and other bills. The actual developers of the old SATX product are based in Florida. I happen to know that once the company folded and defaulted on their contracts - the developers ceased to produce any further for SATX. I believe that after about a year, the developers went on the develop their own tracking device using new techology different from the now obsolete patent that SATX holds. This product does not in any way conflict with the old patent. You can find them on the internet at www.global-track.com. They actually have a product that works and is in distribution in Mexico. You will see the product in the US probably by the end of 1999 based on their response from a recent e-mail to me. Dont look to invest in them because they are a privately held company and will not give up any of their stock. You can however purchase distribution rights from them I believe. As near as I know - SATX does not have a product and if they did - it is way over budget and old technology. I hope this clears up any confussion you might have with SATX formally PageStar Stock. You might want to pass this information on to the people watching the posting board on techstock as I am not a subscriber and do not have access to the posting portion of this website. Again, my comments on this thread originated when I saw people were trying to locate the company and when I did the company stock symbol search on yahoo it came back satx.
