Just wanted to throw in a retractment of an earlier statement of mine that all of us were new here. I had assumed that the thread was started when the recent busy-signal bad news came out.

I now see this was started in October. Interesting. I bet there are some folks in here who've made a *killing* on put contracts!

Personally, I don't think the company is headed toward Ch11 (it's still a possibility, though). When the user/modem ratio reaches equilbrium (10:1 to 15:1 -- currently at 31:1 and falling daily as users leave), I think the company will stabilize. I still see that as being about 2 months down the road, though, and think it'll continue to drop at the current pace until then.

BTW, did anyone see biz.yahoo.com ? This one really cracked me up. I'll see them as a buy when they've got one modem for every 10 users, but don't know what the stock price will be at that time. Personally, when they say they're down to 4 million users, I'll consider that a signal to sell my Puts and maybe even buy Calls.
