If you check the most recent 10K, you'll see the list of 6 leading chipmakers that have contributed to SVGI's next generation scanners.
(More than $30M if I remember correctly).

The list did include IBM, INTC, MOT, TXN and a couple others.

All else equal, I suspect that SVGI will have first shot at delivering DUV scanners to new fabs built by these companies and part of the R&D agreement was to give them priority for getting the equipment.

Mid to long term, SVGI's prospects are exciting. Short term, they have to convince the street that they can perform.

Note that I made no attempt to describe or discuss their track or thermco divisions which essentially was the whole company prior to 96...
