Dear Vladimer: This is exactly what I have done although it has not been based entirely on the opinions of these three perma bears . Anyone , including you or myself would have been wise to invest contrarily to these fools. Case in point: 1. METZ- Bearish since Dow 3900 appx. His favorite investments since this point:A) Gold (loss of 13% over last three years while Dow was up 95%);B) Natural Resources ( substantially underpeformed all other equities both domestic and abroad. 2. ROGERS- Bearish on most all technology issues since 1995. His favorite investments: A)Third-world countries in the far-east ( Asian emerging markets also underpeformed domestic stocks since 1995) B) Natural Resources 3. GARZARELLI- Until 1/23, 100% cash since Dow 5350. Missed a 20% rally since her infamous sell signal.( Her favorites while negative, good old short-term notes at 4-6%. Past performance is no future guarantee, but I and many others have profited greatly from their fool-hearty advice! Kevin
