Are there better quality removable bays that would minimize the connector problem?* Dunno, depends on the ratings of the connector. Wasn't it you that said you broke a pin off a drive recently?? Specialized caddies address this issue well. I have seen catalogs that sell these... The 2nd issue is not easily addressed and is probably my larger concern. A robust solution here would be to use Laptop Drives. Althouth the Jaz probably looks cheap compared to this solution. Sean
