The post that I saw said the secretary said that it could have been reported a month or two ago, but there was a mistake.
This looks like IF it is a factual post, it wood be the elusive first quarter report. Hopefully closely followed by the second quarter report, then at the end of January or the middle of February, if they decide to become timely we will see the Third Quarter report.
How can they be so late with these reports you ask? Well since they are a bulletin board company they really aren't required to post them at all. They do. They are sometimes late, but they come through.
If they are going to become a NASDAQ company they will have to become more prompt. Actually new rules are going into effect that say the bb stocks will have to file periodically, what that period is, I don't know. Perhaps someone can tell the board the facts.
IMO if it is the second quarter, don't look for miracles. that is their low quarter, perhaps something about the rainy season and hurricanes stopping shipping. If it is the third quarter, it might look nice, but I will want to know where the filings for the first and second quarter are, not news releases, but filings. SEC filings are the big difference between this stock and the many of the others.
What do we care about all this earning stuff for anyway? We have enough entertainment right here on this thread. And the Web
