Rick and all,

An interesting article in LA today:

latimes.com

Some generally interesting comments, such as the possibility of starting human trials with the cartilage by the end of the year. Could it be that the search for the so-called "therapeutic range" is close at hand and will allow a non-dermagraft style study without delays secondary to continued tweeking to see where the product really works? Sounds ridiculous, but I'm not sure ATIS really lost any time in maximizing dermagraft, except for the FDA's negative causing bad publicity. Otherwise, the same amount of time could have been spent maximizing the product. Nevertheless, if human studies begin this year for cartilage, it would make for an awesome year to finally get all juiced again. The latter half of the year should be interesting to see what ultimately happens here.

Regards,

Marshall
