If Wal Mart already has a web site, then I do not know what Mr. Cramer was talking about. Maybe, he anticipates that over time Wal Mart will takeover from Amazon.

Further, if they already have a web site and they are not the leaders, then it goes to prove my point that it is not going to be easy for Wal Mart to change the way they are doing business currently and become a giant e-tailer. Wal-Mart is a successful neighborhood store especially in small towns and rural areas,
