The CEO of E-trade is such a darn lier! Period. Today is not even a heavy volume day, and yet nothing works. Even if now at 11:25pm EDT, they still have cleaned up their A**. All the trades during the day is still on hold, translated as "not confirmed". So tomorrow will be another no-trade day!
