For what it's worth the rumor is confirmed today but it's not a buyout. Learnout and Hauspie have formed another company with their equity from L&H to invest in tech companies that are in the speech tech area. They call this "tech farming" -the idea being to grow related companies I guess. I almost picked some up today at 1.50 but I hadn't gathered enough info to make a decision by closing time. So to clarify, it looks like L&H took an equity position in this stock. Still has to be good news though,best,p.b.
