I may have been incorrect. It may not be the gold mine for all of the above stated reasons, especially the "operating subsidiary" rationale. Personally, that is fine with me as it would eliminate one of the most contentious problems facing GIFS, that of the Tennessee "investigation" and Mr. Elrod. If they don't own the business, they can't be investigated. Now can they... It also means that they may be directing their efforts to the Motorsports venture as well as IMXS. (YEAH!!!) And subsequently the gold mine should receive a much needed influx of capital. Reading between the lines this may be some extraordinarily positive news after all. Cause I'm LONG on IMXS!!!! Mainly because it is currently SO CHEAP!!! :0) BTW, I am not tasking my "gang" from the GRNO thread to plug that company on the GIFS. It's just another "pretty girl/boy" out that likes to be kissed. GIFS shareholders may have found that light at the end of the tunnel. Regards, Ron
