TECHNICALS, Hi Richard, Funny I was just bouncing around. About to switch to another stock ( FORE ) on my charts. I realized I have been looking too closely at PCOP's chart. I believe we have a classic rounding Bottom... : ) Which would make sense based on the recent turn of events ie final 1.5 million in dilution. Let's hope Corning let's the stock rebound to $20 before diluting the issue if they in fact intend on doing so.
