Thanks for your many thoughtful and incisive posts.

Do you think that the banking industry is at a critical point,ie will they lose business if they don't implement SANs or will the first to successfully deploy establish an advantage? Or can the industry (like the telcos w/ADSL) move at a more leisurely pace? I guess I'm wondering if the current graphic intensive apps will be the only deployments until sufficient bandwidth allows for more common graphic applications. Should I schedule my Pebble Beach holiday this summer or next?
