Does everyone agree that in today's marketplace, a company has to be a big enough contender in both the wan and lan? Isn't that the reason Nortel bought Bay, and Cisco has been buying up companies, and now Lucent is shopping around too? With the prominence Fore has demonstrated over the years in both lan and wan, it shouldn't be too long before they get an offer the board will finally accept. JMHO.
