I went and found the article that contradicts the ridiculous assertion that any legal firm would take the company's frivolous suit on a contingency basis: " Solv-Ex recently raised $807,000h (all figures in U.S. dollars) privately to fund lawsuits against short-sellers and Deutsche Bank, and it personally names Mr. Asensio in one complaint." nationalpost.com The misrepresentation surrounding this security has always come from the long side and from the company. At the moment, I can hardly think of anything more ludicrous than a lawsuit which simultaneously sue separate defendants for attempting to inflate and depress the stock price. See you at .02, Barb
