Hello Max, Indeed, IMGN has implied this repeatedly that, resurfacing of V domains would be superior to CDR grafting. I would agree that it is different but, as you point out, there is some advantage to having the monkey "do the work for you". It would seem more accurate for IMGN to claim that in one area the process may be more efficient but, what efficiencies you gain at one point, can be offset by additional inefficiencies elsewhere.
