According to Business Week, approx. 98% of China's software is pirated, including Government software. This creates at least two major problems: 1) They can't turn to original manufacturer for Y2K solutions ( at least without great embarrassment and loss of face) 2) No legal recourse. And it's worse than that--the PC's are from Japan and the O/s are German<g> No one will talk to them about the problem! _madly
