CNXT (Rockwell spin-off) is in same business as BRCM.
Plus, Conexant supplies 80% of PCS phone chips (see news today), 80% of FAX engines, 90%+ of Video-Capture chips, and 90% of spread-spectrum cordless phone chips.

DSL is in the works, along with cable modem.
Getting little attention, so far. Check them out.
