Company appears not to have made that news public yet. More times than not, I get on the queue whenever I try to get to an agent. I also noticed that there is a callback button on the Queue page, so I don't have to wait. It makes you wonder what the real difference is between priceline.com and lowairfare.com. 800 Travel can either make a reservation over the Internet in a very original way, or they can get back with you later like priceline does. They seem to have their bases covered.
