Thats exactly what I suggested via email to the management. I was not given a response. I even suggested that they could give you the option of shipping books to your local store to save shipping or you wanted to pick them up instead of having them mailed to you, that way they could increase revenu via the old fashioned way. No response. To me, thats a sign of how well the company is run and how much the people care about what the do, in other words, how "on board" they are. Why was their management so short-sighted by not realizing how big this holiday season would be and not preparing for it? They are idiots, thats why. The company is poorly run. Instead of a 4 X increase in sales, they should have had a 8 X increase. After waiting 3 1/2 weeks for my books, I talked to a customer service rep when I cancelled my last order. (ordered them that day from AMZN and got em all in two days) They said they were overwhelmed with cancellations because they couldnt ship. Management in this company has their heads up their @!#. How could earnings drop as much as they did last q. Dont tell me because of Web Site development. Do the math, They must have the most expensive web site in the country, and its not worth a @#$$!!! Its because of competition and lack of real revenue growth because of AMZN. Good luck to all, I have held this too long, for a measly 10 point profit. Should have been in AMZN
