How the FCC rule affect USRX x2 and ROK's 56kflex technology? USRX changed the 56k to 53k(called 56k capable) rapidly, and they can changed back to 56k just as easy. This is the advantage of the software upgradability.

Now, let's see how the current FCC rule affect the ROK 56kflex technology's roll out, because their chipset is current not software ungradable, they do not the flexibility to do 53k first then 56k later.

Anyone has new thoughts about this issue? Does any pending new FCC 56k ruling will benefit USRX/ROK, or will be more harmful to USRX/ROK?

Any thought is welcome.
