Jach, Are you a design engineer? just curious... I think LU wants access to ASND's customers... ASND is the leader among ISPs. Sure, the equipment is good, but LU want's to be the supplier to the phone company of tomorrow. It's this little thing called voice over IP... It's going to blow away the existing telephone infrastructure within 4 years. The ISPs of today are the telephone companies of tomorrow. jc
