Alex: The case for deflation is made in this article. gold-eagle.com However as I see it the money supply is increasing so we do not have the conditions referred to in the article which was that as the FED injected money into the economy the money supply shrank as the velocity of money slowed. But the numbers so far show that the money supply is expanding and rapidlyly. Still, this is a good article and a possibility. Live long and prosper, Little joe
