John George Soros Group Reports 7.62% Stake In R&B Falcon Dow Jones Newswires WASHINGTON -- A group including investor George Soros reported a 7.62% investment stake in R&B Falcon Corp. (FLC). In a filing Monday with the Securities and Exchange Commission, the group said it currently holds 14.74 million common shares of the Houston-based provider of contract drilling and workover services for investment purposes.
