Isn't Claude mining the Currie property and claiming no profit and not mining their own?

I saw a Barrick deal where they were did that in Matheson. Mined out the prospectors property and told him they did not pay back so they would not pay him. When he protested that they had not mined their property yet, they said, "the deal was we pay you after payback. So we mined your property and we did not pay back our mill and mine development so you will not get paid. What does our property have to do with yours?"

Nice. That is like we share a beer. Your half is on the top and mine on the bottom. I get to drink first. Naturally I have to drink yours to get to mine.
