Hello, Partytime!

The reverse split happened about a year ago, when the company was a b&b stock, and they were having some tough times as with many companies just starting out. From what I can see, this made their stock price more appealing at around $5 a share. At about the same time frame, give or take a couple of months, they were in the computer business of giving seminars, based out of Utah. They lost money, in this type of business ( that is where most all the loss was they reported. They soon switched gears, around an April time frame and created the Website, Imal.com they launched and soon after that they got a NASDAQ LISTING and were no longer a b&b stock! since the launch of Imal.com, the stock was stable at about $8 a share. Then they launched, Stuff.com. ANOTHER SUCCESSFUL Website of theirs by the way, and shortly after that, they launched the successful, Website, Animal House.com. This around the October time frame. (Then they received financial backing from FDC. One of the World's Largest credit card companies in the form of stock. After that, one of the Largest telecommunications, and Internet providers formed an aliance with them recently on December 22 of 98. As you can see they have "Huge" Potential for other big aliances, and mergers. Independent companies have given them "High evaluations" for the Quality of their Website's as well. They are in the "Top" 5% of online shopping malls, and have recently moved up from #15 to #9 out of the "Top" 100 Internet site's (not just shopping malls). As you can see, this company, and the stock is "certainly moving in the "Right Direction"! You do not need a business degree to see what is going here!

None of this is hype. I only give factual information. I have done my d/d, and you should do the same as with any company you invest in. With all of this going for this company, and all three of their Website's are getting very good reviews, this is where I want to invest.

"Good Luck to you", in whatever company you decide to Invest in.
