Since I'm in the mother land right now, I thought I would straighten this umlaut thing out! ;-)

It's Führer. When you find those nifty characters in the Character Map. Select it and look at the bottom right corner of the window. It tells you how to type that character. The ü character is Alt+0252. That's the left Alt key and the numbers are typed from the keypad on the keyboard.
