Eric,

Were you given any (or do you have any) indication as to why it would come out in favour of Glimmer? If Exall believes that GME will come out ahead, I don't think that Exall would be in a hurry to conclude anything!

Since we hang on your every word Eric, I like the ring of "some people who are close to it and SEEK A FINANCIAL INTEREST...." For those of us who have camped out on this thread (myself for over three years, and James from the Hemlo JV days) believes (in a speculative kinda way)that George Kent was wronged by Exall. I remember when I was doing my DD ~ 3 years ago, I phoned him (GK) up looking for info, he seemed to be quite upset because he thought I was the person who was helping him to meet a cash call. Luckily GK was able to attract the McCloskey group who was able to stand up for the GME shareholders.

Yea, third party bid for both JV partners sounds good (before a settlement is reached - if it is reached then it just goes on from there- winner takes whatever %). And I will not throw names around (for now) because it may scare them away (makes them nervous).

GME up 6c yesterday on 5,500 shares. After the 500 went through at 96c the ask was then $1.04, suggesting to me that there are not many sellers out there. I see it later went back to $1.00 bid at the close. I guess all we can do is sit and wait for the trading halt for news of a bid on both shares starting at $20 for GME and $5 for EXL and moving up from there. Anyone know how to spell retirement?

Carry On Camping!

Cheers
Winzer
