Oops. If I recall correctly, I mean 1989.

I'd have to revue the press releases, but I got the impression it was a licensing arrangement. Xybr seems to be cautious as far as releasing any information which could compromise disclosure agreements. Remember, they have a very strong legal department, and the running instructions from their lawyers might be to say nothing 'off the record'.

I get the feeling that they plan to wait out the stock price slump until solid numbers are available.
