One other thing David,

We all know that there has been share dilution. It is reported in the 10ksb, that I'm sure that everyone who wanted to read it, did. (yes David their are people that don't want to read it)

But the fact remains that the book value at this time is $.50. Nuff Said.

PE is price to earnings. The last 12 month earnings that we had were $.013 ((( actually if we took the news release for the first quarter, which said they had earned .007 vs a loss of (.008) we would have $.028, but lets stay with the 10ksb and remember these numbers could be DOUBLE )))

So at $.10 a share this stock would have a PE of 7.7 (3.8 with first quarter)

So David, this is what you figure this emerging turn around stock should have as a PE: 7.7 So it COUlD be $.20 if the 1st quarter results are figured in.

$.20 = PE of 15.4 (7.7 with 1st quarter)

$.30 = PE of 23. (11.5 with 1st quarter)

$.40 = PE of 30.7 (15.3 with 1st quarter)

This is with the numbers that are available with Sec filings or with SEC filings and company news releases. SEEMS SIMPLE DOESEN'T IT?

You going to buy yet David?

The other Dave,
PE of 50 = $.66 (with 1rst quarter $1.32)
