There's a tennis player that wrote a book called "winning Ugly" and if there was an uglier path to go down I don't know what it would be...(maybe the headquarters burning down-just kidding) But my sense is that they are clearing every hurdle (and loosing lots of skin in the process) and the only grey area left with any question is their phrase "and other patents (which dolgoff has nothing to do with)... If this is true( and I applaud their new and improved response time) then they are clean with this product and the stock price should in no way reflect this issue.. The other thing is that evidently dolgoff's suit is about RECLAIMING patents he signed over to the company(implying that he admits doing so) He may be on a slippery slope with not much ground to stand on there....
