Dear JDN, This week marks 30 days from the filing of the amended S-1.....Perhaps the quiet period will soon end and we will begin hearing something positive from management.

During my 12/18 meeting with Steve Wilcox, I asked him if Command would be inclined to consider a share repurchase program as a signal of confidence to the investing community. Steve indicated that
Command would indeed give that and other options consideration once the tentative settlement of the class action litigation recieves court approval. Steve went on to say that insider buying is also an effective means for demonstrating management confidence to outside investors. According to Steve, the Board of Directors voted to restrict all purchases of Command stock by insiders until the board grants approval. Steve indicated that it would be unlikely that the board would grant such approval until after the court approves the settlement.

I was left with the impression that insiders are "chomping at the bit" to acquire shares at currently depressed values, and it is my opinion that once the restrictions are removed by the Board we are likely to see a wave of buying from the front lines of management.

Best Regards, JAB
